Gaining Ground is a non-profit, no-till, organic farm in Concord, MA that grows fresh produce exclusively for donation to food pantries, shelters, schools and emergency meal programs in eastern Massachusetts. We are seeking to hire 3 paid apprentices ($20 per hour, full time, April to October) and 3 college-funded summer interns (stipend, full time, June to August) for the 2026 growing season.
