Title: Compost Educator and Outreach Manager
Hours per week:12
Responsibilities:
-Attend at least one of the two weekly compost mixing sessions at BFS.
-Establish and maintain relationships with local institutions and schools for gathering volunteers and coordinating activities

Build and maintain volunteer database and school and organization contact database

Plan public learning events

Send out weekly reminder email to volunteers, school contacts, and community partners

Attend annual compost conference

Establish project database
-
Create monthly report and stats for board
-Coordinate with farmer and assistant farmer on needs at farm

Manage budget and equipment inventory
-
Manage worm tea system
