Blue Skys Flower Farm, located in Cranston, RI, is a women-owned, 1 acre farm with 3 high tunnels. We grow 75% cut flowers and 25% herbs, chemical free.
We are looking for a part-time worker with lots of energy (15 hours per week; mornings) to help plant, weed and harvest flowers and herbs and sell at the Pawtuxet Village Farmers Market every Saturday from 8 to 12:30. Position is seasonal - May-Oct, 2024.
Desire to create flower bouquets; ability to work in all kinds of weather, lift 40 lbs and like to work hard is a must.
In addition to hourly wage, weekly stipend of flowers, herbs and other farms products will be provided.
