Our Farm Manager will have general responsibility of running our two sites, 5 acres in field production, and two greenhouses, and being the face of the farm to the Brookwood community. Our Farm Manager will be charged with developing short and long term plans as well as coordination of farming operations. The Farm Manager will oversee all farm staff and be responsible for sustainable land management and production . They will work with other staff and board members on volunteer, education and food justice programs. The Farm Manager reports to the BCF board. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires a high level of flexibility, creativity, enthusiasm and commitment for success in the role. Our markets include a 24-week, 225-member CSA, on-site farmstand, weekly stall at the Roslindale Farmer’s Market, and daily donations.
