Position Summary:
Coastal Foodshed is seeking an immediate, full-time Market Manager. The Market Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and will be responsible for managing the operations of the farmers markets and virtual market. The position co-manages the Operations Assistants with the Farm Stand/Procurement Manager. Applicants must be able to prioritize and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously in a vibrant work environment and be willing to work with the public in a socially distant setting. They will also work closely on a small team made up of two program managers, full-time program staff, plus volunteers and interns. An ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, organized, and passionate about community connections, local agriculture, and food access.
Hours/Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position. Compensation determined by experience - salary range $41,600-$45,000. Benefits include retirement after 1 year, paid vacation, sick/family leave, professional development. Employees also have access to free/discounted local products.
