Charlie’s Sugar House has been making maple syrup for over 40 years in Rhode Island with buckets hung on other people’s property near the farm. Now we are switching to a larger, more efficient vacuum pipeline system with our new lease of 2,000 taps on the Scituate Resevoir property.
