We’re looking for a reliable, experienced equipment operator to join our Farm Crew. This is a hands-on role supporting daily dairy operations using skid steers and other equipment in active barn environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be operating equipment every shift as part of the daily rhythm of the farm.
- Operate skid steers and attachments (bucket, manure fork, bedding spreader, pallet forks)
- Move feed, bedding, manure, sand, and bulk materials
- Scrape alleys, clean barns, and maintain cow comfort
- Perform daily safety checks and pre-operation inspections
- Assist with feeding and livestock movement as needed
- Support general farm upkeep, sanitation, and yard work
- Operate snow removal equipment during winter months
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Schedule
- Early morning shift (~3:30 AM) / afternoon shift (~2:30 PM)
- Weekend & holiday rotation required
- Full-time, year-round
- Overtime available during peak seasons
What We’re Looking For (Read Before Applying)
This role is for experienced operators only
You must have:
- At least 1 year of consistent skid steer or similar heavy equipment experience
(construction, landscaping, farming, etc.) - Confidence working around large livestock in tight spaces
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions (heat, cold, mud, snow)
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
- Must be 18+ years old
Physical Requirements
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing in/out of equipment
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Work in barns and outdoor environments (dust, noise, manure)
