Looking for full time employee to come work at Wishing Stone Farm in Little Compton RI. We grow lots of veggies and are located in a beautiful small New England town by the beach. We specialize in Organic produce but also grow a small amount of Conventional crops such as Peaches and Brussel Sprouts. We have about 500 chickens that we collect eggs from daily and have a large farm stand that is open Weekends and Wednesdays seasonally. We also do Markets in Providence throughout the year. We are looking for someone who wants a full time position and is aware that Little Compton is a 45 minute commute from Providence. A typical day of work would include harvesting, washing, packing, cultivating, cleaning, organizing, tractor operating and maintenance.
