Fivefork Farms is hiring to fill positions on our 2024 Crew as well as full/part-time winter work. All positions are available for immediate hire providing that we are the right fit for each other.
Fivefork Farms is a specialty cut flower farm in Upton, MA, conveniently located at the intersection of MA Pike/495. We are passionate about growing top-quality premium cut flowers for a large CSA, our on-farm farmstand, one farmers market, as well as multiple weekly wholesale accounts. All employees are offered year-round work with opportunities to grow into larger roles with the Farm.
We are hiring for the following positions:
Field/Production Manager - The Field/Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the Field Crew in the daily execution of field production activities including flower harvest (less emphasis on packing flowers). Experience managing/leading crew needed. Pay commiserate with experience, starting at $22/hr.
Field/Production Crew - Field Crew are responsible for assisting with the production and harvesting of cut flowers/plants for distribution to our multiple sales outlets. We’re looking for folks who are interested in learning more about growing cut flowers at scale through hands-on experience in many aspects of our Farm. Pay commiserate with experience, starting at $18/ hour.
PT/FT Seasonal Winter Help- Not sure you want to commit to a full growing season? We are looking for immediate help for many winter projects here on the farm, mainly dividing dahlia tubers in a greenhouse setting, transplanting/weeding high tunnel crops, building projects, to name a few. Pay commiserate with experience, starting at $18/hr.
