AZS Rinse Conveyor with fan and pack out table. This system has 3 components: the main rinse conveyor unit, a fan over a conveyor table, and a pack out conveyor table. The components can be positioned in various ways to suit the space - in a straight line or with a 90 degree bend. Stretched out in a line, all 3 components measure 21 feet long by 3 feet wide by 7.5 feet tall at maximum height. The conveyor belt through the main rinse unit is 24" wide by 10 feet long with a 20" high internal clearance. The fan dry conveyor is 24" wide by 4 feet long, and the clearance under the fan is 10". You could probably raise the fan unit higher by replacing the posts. The packing conveyor table measures 24" wide by 4 feet long. The conveyors all have variable speeds so you can adjust them according to the crop, how dirty it is, how fast you are packing out, etc. You can also add sanitizer, adjust water use and spray pressure. Depending on the settings you can wash roots, bins, leafy greens, pretty much anything. This system has less than 50 hours on it, and works wonderfully. We just don’t wash in large enough quantities at any one time, so it hasn’t really made sense for our farm. All 3 components are mounted on casters and could be pushed up a ramp for easy transport.
