RI DEM’s Produce Program is offering free water testing for RI farms growing produce. We cover the cost for two tests per water source over the course of the growing season. This includes both surface water and ground water sources and we test for generic e. coli. Our staff will also provide field technical assistance to help growers learn how to take their own samples and to perform water system risk assessments.
