Hiring: Chief Operating Officer, CommonWealth Kitchen
If you’re an ops leader who prefers mission-minded organizations - this is an exciting role. CommonWealth Kitchen is a social enterprise that generates real earned revenue through its own co-manufacturing business, then reinvests that revenue in food entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds building their own businesses.
As COO, you’d sit on the executive team, own finance/HR/IT/asset management for a $6M–$10M org, and help scale a home to 50+ food entrepreneurs. This is a builder’s role - strategic, but hands-on.
$175K–$200K + strong benefits
Boston, 3–4 days/week on-site
