Now hiring for a Providence farmer’s market position! This job is Saturdays 8am-1:30 pm in Providence, and pay is $20/hr for 6.5 hours paid total. This position is year-round (summers are outdoors at the Hope Street Market, Nov-April indoors at the Farm Fresh winter market).
This job involves waiting on customers, cutting samples, cutting cheese to order and wrapping cheese.
Selling our artisan cheese and yogurt is joyful, fun, and easy to learn! Our customers are an awesome bunch and happy to be treating themselves at the market to great local food.
No experience necessary, you only need a great attitude. Any food preparation or customer service experience is a great bonus. The position can start ASAP.

Sweet & Salty Farm is a small grazing dairy located in Little Compton, Rhode Island. We milk a herd of grass-fed Jersey cows and transform their milk into a variety of aged cheeses and our plain Cream Top Yogurt.
