In search of small acreage for rough-board of one horse (age 15) and one mini-mule (age 18). Both are sound, in good health & wellbeing, well-trained, without vices. I look after all their horse-keeping care, including grooming, and other necessities, along with maintaining the cleanliness & tidiness of shelter, stalls, pasture, and associated area. I possess all necessary items, including fence-panels (that could be placed into storage if not necessary). Currently, neither are ridden nor worked while I attend school full time, so room to roam with 24/7 turnout access is very important. All arrangements considered, thank you.
