Job Openings Farming

What Cheer Flower Farm is a regenerative urban farm located in the heart of the Olneyville neighborhood in Providence, Rhode Island. Our organization is committed to growing & giving away flowers to our network of partner organizations, which include hospitals, hospices, food pantries, senior services, & other neighbors in need.
:herb:Job Summary:
The Seasonal Farmer will be a part of working to increase annual production from 100,000 flowers to 300,000 flowers over the next three years. The Seasonal Farmer supports WCFF to live into our vision to collaborate with the floral industry to rescue flowers that might otherwise end up in the landfill. The Farm is committed to composting and recycling. The Seasonal Farmer works as part of a collaborative, responsive, all-hands-on-deck team with the Farm Florist Manager, Community Coordinator, Floral Delivery Coordinator, and other Farm staff.
