Sylvester Manor is hiring a Livestock Manager on Shelter Island, NY. The Livestock Manager will be primarily responsible for managing our flock of pastured laying hens, woodland-raised pigs, and 60+ acres of pasture. We see this as a long-term position with room for growth as we expand our livestock operations and slowly manage more of our land with animals.
