Long Lane Farm is hiring part-time seasonal harvest crew members for the 2026 season. Interviews start February 1, 2026.

About us:
Long Lane Farm is a family-owned, certified organic vegetable farm in Warren, RI. Our mission is to farm in a way that benefits the health of our soil, our surrounding community, our family, and our employees. We have a successful 100+ person CSA program, a high trafficked self-serve farm stand, and sell to a handful of local restaurants. In addition, we donate a lot of food to our local food pantry and host an organic plant sale every May.

The role:
We grow a lot of food on a small amount of land and we need a fun, reliable, hard working, and kind crew to help us plant, harvest, and tend to the crops.

If you love being outside, don’t mind getting dirty, and want to be part of an awesome team, consider applying to work for our small family farm that is constantly growing and evolving.

For all of our positions, we are looking for people who like to work hard AND have fun at the same time. A great attitude and enthusiasm to help the team succeed are more important than prior farming experience.

  • Positions begin in April and end Oct 1st or the week of Thanksgiving
  • Hours are Monday - Friday 7AM - 12 PM, with earlier start times on very hot days
  • Work at least 3 shifts and up to 5 shifts/week
  • Reliability and availability are a must! Please do not apply if you travel frequently during the season.

We do understand that our employees have a life outside the farm and with proper communication and planning, we work with you to schedule time off.
  • Dedication to maintaining high quality standards. We seek to sell the best vegetables around and one of your most important duties is quality control.

Job duties:
