I am an organic farmer with eight years of experience working on certified organic vegetable farms with poultry. I have experience in farm management (I own a small farm operation as well), directing employees, regenerative and sustainable growing practices, greenhouse production, seeding and transplanting, retail greenhouse support, poultry processing, leading educational workshops, and herbalism. I also have experience with office work like QuickBooks, social media management, writing, marketing, and organization. I prefer the outdoor work! I am looking for part or full time work, preferably something that can be transitioned into at least some small amount of winter work as well.
