Luckyfoot Ranch is a 5-acre in Saunderstown. We are looking for motivated, punctual individuals to be part of our team for the 2019 season. We produce a wide array of annual vegetables.

We are looking to fill three part-time positions for the season that will average May-Sept for this season
Duties will include:
-Weeding and caring for plants
-Transplanting plant starts into field
-Picking/processing vegetables for market
-Grounds maintenance (mowing/weed whacking/etc)
-Setting up/moving irrigation
-Helping with building/maintaining farm structures
-Helping setup and with sales at farmers markets/farm stand
Qualifications must include:
-Punctuality
-Working well and engaging with customers
-Ability to lift/move/work with 50lbs
-Ability to work in pairs, groups, or alone for extended periods
-Ability to preform tedious physical tasks in all weather conditions. Bending/kneeling is commonplace
-An eye for identifying active and potential problems/hazards and solving/reporting them on your feet
-Farm experience is preferred, but not required
Pay is based on experience and performance. Perks include learning about farming start to finish, and plenty of fresh in-season produce to take home!
