Pat’s Pastured Turkey USDA Processing Service 2024
We have limited availability for processing whole turkeys during the first four weeks of November. All turkeys are processed under USDA inspection.
Prices and scheduling requirements:
Whole Turkeys (Shrink-bagged with USDA label):
There is a 10 turkey minimum. Pricing is $1.50/pound with a $20 minimum per bird. Birds over 28 lbs dressed weight will be assessed an additional charge of $15.
Butchery:
Butchery services are available for making ground turkey, sausages, parting or splitting (100 bird minimum for these services). If interested, please inquire with Pat regarding pricing.
