Crows’ Feat Farm in Kensington, NH is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the operations of this cooperatively managed farm. The duties of the role include:

Leading the day-to-day work of cooperative members, seasonal staff, and community volunteers in the farm’s growing activities (seed starting, planting, weed, water & pest management, harvesting and food storage)

Building and maintaining garden beds, with the application of regenerative farming techniques, including composting, mulching, silage tarping wood chip walkways, etc.

Maintaining farm infrastructure, including animal shelters, hoop houses, irrigation systems, grow rooms, fencing, etc.

Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, off-season road maintenance & snow removal

Assisting with preparation & breakdown for weekly farmers’ market

Participating in community events and collaborations in support of local partners, in a spirit of trust and generosity

A minimum of 5 years working in operational/skilled trades/garden & farming roles is required. Compensation is competitive with market rates and increases with success on the job.
