The Part-time Business Development Instructor for an ag and entrepreneurship program, who will be responsible for providing 60-hour Entrepreneurship Workshops over the span of 10 weeks. Utilizing a specialized curriculum and entrepreneurial resources the instructor will work directly with students to deliver education and training for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs at their individual institutions. Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Design and implement programming for supporting participants. Use curriculum but open to developing a training curriculum that targets special populations and groups (e.g., trades, offenders, youth, etc.) that can be delivered in several modalities. (face-to-face, online, hybrid)
- Assist with the development and implementation of an outreach and marketing plan for engagement within the community or service area.
- Identify and maintain an ongoing list of resources that strengthen entrepreneurs. Work collaboratively across programs.
