We have a 48’ greenhouse with benches to rent October- April all you pay is heat -propane bill. Fans, water are on us, BUT we keep some things in there too. Not much and most fits under the benches. Email, or stop by for details.

I have the same questions. How would the rent be prorated if I only needed a fraction of all the square footage you have? Since the whole greenhouse would need to be heated
In the past few years we’ve had 2 tenants. One would be the lead tenant responsible to the propane company and the two tenants would apportion the bills by square footage between them.
