Hi Everyone,
This is a reminder to snag your tickets for the SNEACTS conference at Bristol Aggie coming up this weekend if you haven’t already done so! While we had to reschedule from last weekend due to the weather forecast, we have the same high level quality of content and experience. The only significant change is that we will be ending the conference one hour earlier (at 3:30) to give people time to head to Super Bowl festivities, if that’s your jam.
There is an incredible lineup of speakers, which you can view here and over 40 trade show vendors.
SNEACTS also offers a full day kids conference, great networking opportunities, a trade show, access to service providers and one-on-one consultation opportunities.
SNEACTS is a collective effort that brings together regional farmers and food producers for a day of community and learning around some of the most pressing issues facing farmers and our food system. SNEACTS is a collaboration with the Southeastern MA Agricultural Partnership, Bristol County Agricultural High School, Massachusetts Farm Bureau Federation, Northeast Organic Farming Association of Rhode Island, Plymouth County Extension 4-H, Buy Fresh Buy Local Cape Cod, The Pocasset Pokanoket Land Trust, Oasis on Ballou, Cluck & Trowel Farm, The Rhode Island Nursery & Landscape Association and Land for Good.
We are thrilled to bring together our agricultural and food community for a day of workshops and panel discussions covering topics across the food system, including:
- Soil Health
- Farmland Access
- Flower Production
- Native Planting and Practices
- Enterprise Budgeting
- Livestock
- And more!
Tickets are offered on a sliding scale and recommendations are provided at each level. We don’t want cost to be a barrier to attending. All tickets include lunch. If you would like to attend you can register here, we hope to see you there!
