I’d like to hear from some farmers, what is your greatest challenge, and what do you think the solution would look like? If we get some similar posts, we could maybe form some focus groups to work on things.
My biggest challenge has been finding good (affordable) farm helpers!!

Being a farmer is one of the most challenging jobs in the world. It’s also one of the most rewarding.
The challenges can be many: weather that wreaks havoc on crops, markets that don’t pay enough for your farm’s produce or livestock, regulations that make it difficult to run a sustainable business, and more.
But there are also many rewards from farming, including a deep connection with the land you work in and an unmatched appreciation for food.
